Come sing with us! All experiences and voice types welcome!

The $50 enrollment makes you a member in good standing of our performance company. You will select a primary program where you are most active, plus a secondary program if you wish. Options are:

Dexter Community Chorale (DCC)

Join the Dexter Community Chorale, a vocal ensemble open to residents of Washtenaw and Livingston Counties. Whether you're an experienced singer or just starting, this program welcomes all ages and skill levels. Experience the joy of choral singing in a supportive community setting and perform a diverse repertoire of music.

Rehearsals every Tuesday 6:00-7:30pm (August-June) at Huron River Methodist Church in Dexter Michigan.  Performances include two December holiday shows, Valentine’s Day show at Chelsea Retirement Community, and a final June Choral Showcase.

Dexter Community Rock Band (The ARB)

Unleash your inner rock star with The ARB, Dexter's own community rock band. Open to musicians of all ages and abilities, this program brings together enthusiasts of classic and contemporary rock. Whether you play guitar, drums, keyboards, or any other instrument, this is your chance to jam, perform, and have fun with fellow rock lovers.

Dexter Community Soloists and Ensembles

Perfect your craft in the Dexter Community Soloists and Ensembles program, designed for individual singers and small groups looking to hone their skills. This program offers tailored opportunities to work on solo pieces or collaborate in small ensembles, culminating in performances that showcase your talent and dedication.

Each program is part of The Hudson Music Center, with an annual registration fee of $50. Choose the program that best suits your musical interests and join our vibrant community of performers!
