Financial Aid
At the Hudson Education Center for the Arts, we believe that music should be accessible for everyone. Because of this, tuition assistance from the Hudson Music Center may be available to those with financial need. We strive to support families who cannot afford payments required for music classes and private lessons. Aid is granted based on family income using the Federal Eligibility Guidelines for Reduced Lunch. To determine your eligibility, please view the Income Eligibility Chart and find the annual income for your Household size. To qualify for Financial Aid, your Adjusted Gross Income on your most recent tax return must be below the yearly income listed on the Income Eligibility Chart. If there are any extenuating circumstances that you would like the Hudson Education Center Board of Directors to consider when reviewing your application, please explain in the Statement of Need section in the application form.
How to Apply for Financial Aid:
Complete the Financial Aid Application Form.
Submit printed copies (for security and confidential purposes) of your Financial Aid Application Form along with a signed copy of pages one and two of your 2019 federal tax return. Please block out all Social Security numbers.
If you are not required to file a tax return because of your income level, please create a Statement of Income and attach it to your Financial Aid Application Form instead.
